These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in the HypnoHolistic Membership, Awaken Calm Within™, the HypnoHolistic Weight Loss Hypnosis Program, and all other digital programs, hypnosis recordings, meditations, educational materials, and related offerings provided by HypnoHolistic (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms apply to individual purchases and membership subscriptions unless otherwise stated for a particular product.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing our offerings, you agree to these Terms.



1. Educational & Self-Improvement Purposes

All HypnoHolistic programs and materials are intended for education, relaxation, general wellness, personal development, and self-improvement.

Our offerings may include hypnosis, guided visualizations, meditation, relaxation exercises, hypnotic suggestion, behavioral change techniques, self-reflection, and other personal growth methods.

Our materials are not intended as medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, counseling, or other licensed healthcare services. Participation does not establish a healthcare provider-patient or therapist-client relationship.

These programs are intended to support motivation, self-awareness, mindful eating, and healthy lifestyle habits. They are not medical weight-loss treatments or substitutes for individualized nutritional or medical guidance.

We do not guarantee specific weight-loss results or long-term weight maintenance.

Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing medical conditions, or who have a current or past eating disorder should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating in weight-focused programs.

3. Hypnosis Safety & Participant Responsibility

Our offerings may include hypnosis, guided meditation, visualization, and other techniques that encourage relaxation or focused attention.

HypnoHolistic does not provide crisis intervention or emergency healthcare services.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Although HypnoHolistic aims to support positive personal changes, individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

This includes, but is not limited to, weight loss, stress reduction, improvements in sleep or confidence, behavioral changes, emotional well-being, personal transformation, or other lifestyle outcomes.

Testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for others.

5. Membership Content & Access

The HypnoHolistic Membership provides access to a collection of digital self-improvement and wellness materials, which may include:

We may add, update, replace, or discontinue individual resources as the Membership evolves, subject to any commitments made at purchase and applicable consumer protection laws. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes to paid membership benefits.

Membership-only content is generally accessible while your subscription remains active and paid. Access may end after your membership expires or is canceled.

Products purchased separately may have different access terms, as disclosed at purchase.

Membership does not include individualized coaching, private sessions, or healthcare services unless expressly stated.

6. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Recurring HypnoHolistic Membership subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing frequency and terms disclosed at checkout unless canceled.

The subscription price, renewal frequency, applicable trial terms, and cancellation methods will be disclosed before purchase. By expressly consenting to a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals through the cancellation method provided in your account or by contacting us here: https://hypnoholistic.com/contact/.

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing until that period ends unless otherwise disclosed or required by law.

We will provide required renewal reminders and advance notices of applicable pricing or billing changes in accordance with applicable law.

If you rejoin after cancellation, current membership pricing and benefits may differ from your original plan.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our offerings and immediate access to proprietary materials, purchases of digital programs and memberships are generally nonrefundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer or required by law.

Membership payments are generally nonrefundable for billing periods already begun. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for the current billing period.

Any separately advertised refund guarantee or special refund policy will apply according to its stated conditions.

If a payment plan is offered, purchasers remain responsible for agreed installments unless otherwise permitted by the agreement or applicable law.

If a technical problem materially prevents access to purchased content, please contact us so that we may attempt to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

All HypnoHolistic materials, including audio recordings, hypnosis scripts, videos, educational content, worksheets, branding, and other proprietary resources, are owned by HypnoHolistic or used with appropriate authorization and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or membership grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the materials for your own private purposes, subject to the applicable access terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, publicly upload, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative products from our materials without prior written permission, including using them to create commercial content through artificial intelligence systems.

Membership accounts are intended for individual use and may not be shared or transferred.

Unauthorized use or material violations of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

9. Eligibility & Spiritual Content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HypnoHolistic, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our offerings, including lost profits or other economic losses.

To the extent legally permitted, our aggregate liability relating to a purchased digital offering shall not exceed the amount paid for that offering during the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Disputes shall be brought before courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Maryland, subject to applicable consumer rights and other legal requirements.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
